Conveniently situated just 4 kilometers from the beach, Villa 10 provides the perfect blend of relaxation and accessibility. As you step through the front door, you're greeted by a spacious hallway leading to the four bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as the kitchen. To the rear of the villa, you'll find a stunning new lounge/dining room, bright and filled with natural light. This modern space also features a convenient toilet and shower, with patio doors opening out to the swimming pool and garden.

The fully fitted kitchen boasts all the necessary appliances for your convenience, including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven, hob, and washing machine.

In the open-plan lounge area, sink into comfy sofa while enjoying entertainment on the TV with Spanish channels. A dining table and chairs accommodate up to 8 guests for enjoyable meals together.

The villa offers four bedrooms: one king-size, two double bedrooms, and one twin bedroom with bunk beds. Each bedroom is equipped with wardrobes, bedside tables, lamps, and insect nets at the windows. Additionally, all bedrooms feature air conditioning for your comfort.

There are 3 bathrooms in total,The family bathroom boasts a convenient walk-in shower.
