This luxurious newly built villa is located in the south of Ibiza, just ten minutes from the island’s finest beaches and one minute from Sant Josep de Sa Talaia, where shops, restaurants, supermarkets and bars are conveniently accessible.

Designed by award-winning architect Janco Blanco and renowned interior designer José Antonio Flores, the villa blends contemporary architecture with Mediterranean elegance and natural materials. Set atop a hill, it offers exceptional views and a serene atmosphere throughout.

Inside, you will find a bright living room, a spacious dining area and a state-of-the-art kitchen, all connected to the outdoors through large floor-to-ceiling windows. The villa also features a professional gym, a private sauna, advanced climate-control systems, a home-theatre entertainment setup, high-speed Wi-Fi, USB chargers in every room and five high-security safes.

The five bedrooms all feature en-suite bathrooms with showers, private terraces and are furnished with luxurious 500-thread-count 100% Egyptian cotton linens. Each bathroom includes premium finishes and a refined aesthetic.

Outdoors, a stunning 20-metre heated infinity pool takes centre stage, accompanied by a sun terrace, loungers surrounded by greenery, a viewing point and a cosy chill-out area ideal for alfresco dining. The villa also offers private parking, laundry facilities and tea & coffee amenities.
