Charming apartment located just 140 metres from the beautiful Canyelles Petites Beach, one of the most appreciated coves on the Costa Brava. Its privileged location, lovely sea views and spacious terrace make it the perfect place to relax as a couple or with family. Accommodating up to 6 guests, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning for a comfortable stay.The apartment is located on the third floor with no lift and is laid out as follows:





* Bright living-dining room with air conditioning, sofa bed and TV with TNT SAT French channels.

* Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and everything you need to cook comfortably during your stay.

* Main bedroom with a double bed.

* Second bedroom with two single beds.

* Full bathroom with shower.

* Large terrace with sea views.

Located just a 5-minute walk from Canyelles Beach, one of the most charming spots in Roses. Its crystal-clear waters and fine sandy beach make it ideal for families and sea lovers. This little paradise combines the tranquillity of a cosy cove with the wild beauty of the Mediterranean, offering the perfect experience for those looking to unwind without giving up comfort. Sheltered from the wind and featuring a relaxed atmosphere, it is ideal for long swims as well as water sports such as paddle boarding, kayaking and snorkelling.

The centre of Roses is a 30–35 minute walk away, where you will find a wide variety of shops, businesses and a large sandy beach.

Roses is a lively town all year round and offers a wide range of activities and attractions for all types of travellers. Go-karting, spending a day at the water park, playing mini golf, boat excursions to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, sightseeing on the tourist train, visiting the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres, diving in the Medes Islands Marine Reserve, summer entertainment, or enjoying a stroll along the seafront promenade lined with restaurants and local specialities. And, of course, relaxing on the beautiful sandy beaches. The beaches of Roses have been awarded an internationally recognised environmental quality certification.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. This service can be requested for an additional fee of €15 per person.

The listed prices do not include the tourist tax of €2 per person over 17 years old. The tax is charged per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
