This ground floor house was designed to provide comfort and entertainment. With 4 bedrooms – 3 twin (two en-suite with shower cubicle) and 1 double en-suite – it offers a spacious and pleasant environment. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower cubicle.

The open-plan kitchen perfectly integrates with the living and dining areas, fully equipped. Comfortable sofas, TV, and a dining table make this space ideal for relaxing or sharing meals with family.

Outside, a magnificent heatable swimming pool (optional extra) invites refreshing dips, surrounded by sun loungers to enjoy the Algarve sun. A brick barbecue and an outdoor dining table guarantee memorable moments.

For more fun, there is a snooker table. With two private parking spaces, convenience is assured.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.
The 9th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
