The accommodation
Beachfront apartment in La Noria IV, Sabinillas. Total relaxation: you can hear the waves from the apartment. Terrace with stunning sea views.
The apartment features a living/dining room, separate kitchen, two bedrooms (sleeps four), one bathroom (with bathtub), and a terrace with breathtaking sea views. The long terrace has two areas with different orientations, perfect for enjoying at different times of day.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed (1.60 meters wide), and the second bedroom has a double bed (1.35 meters wide).
Air conditioning in the living/dining room and a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Parking is included in the price in an underground garage located in the same building. Ample free street parking is available outside the building.
TOWELS: Our accommodation provides bath and beach towels for all guests.

Setting
Gated community with 24-hour security, daytime concierge, two swimming pools (one for children) with lifeguard service, two paddle tennis courts, a children's play area, and beautiful gardens.
Direct access to the beach and a spectacular promenade with two lovely beach bars, and very close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, children's play areas, a pharmacy, etc. All located just a few meters from the center of Sabinillas.
The apartment is next to the bridge that crosses the Manilva River and provides access to the Casares promenade and beach. Just across the bridge is a tennis and paddle tennis club with a grass tennis court. There are also beach bars in this area.

Very close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, children's play areas, a pharmacy, etc. All located just a few meters from the center of Sabinillas.
5 minutes by car: Doña Julia Golf, La Duquesa Golf, and Casares Golf courses.
5 minutes by car: the leisure area, bars, and restaurants of Puerto de la Duquesa.
15 minutes by car: Estepona town (bars, restaurants, shops, Old Town, seafront promenade, etc.)
