Villa Agadir is an elegant and spacious property located in a prime area of Albufeira, close to the lively bar, restaurant and entertainment district, yet set back enough to ensure comfort and tranquillity. It's the perfect setting for a family holiday, while also being a great choice for small groups travelling together.

Upon entering the villa, you're welcomed by a bright and spacious living room, featuring comfortable sofas and a cosy atmosphere, ideal for unwinding with the family or sharing quality time with friends. On this floor, there is also a convenient guest WC and a generous suite with a double bed and double sofa bed, complete with a private bathroom featuring a bathtub, a practical and comfortable solution on the ground floor.

Upstairs, you'll find three en suite bedrooms. One twin bedroom includes a bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the remaining two suites, one with twin beds and one with a double bed, both feature bathrooms with bathtubs, offering comfort and privacy for all guests.

The kitchen is modern and functional, providing the perfect space to prepare meals with ease and enjoy time together at the table, whether for a laid-back breakfast or a relaxed dinner.

Outdoors, the private swimming pool (heatable at an additional cost) invites you to enjoy relaxing dips at any time of year. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, a dining space with a barbecue, and a ping pong table, everything you need to make the most of sunny Algarve days.

The lower ground floor includes a garage with space for up to three cars, offering added convenience for your stay.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.
From the 9th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
