1. Parties are prohibited.

2. Leaving trash in the house, including bottles, plastics, cardboard, etc., is not allowed.

3. Food should not be left in the fridge or freezer.

4. The barbecue must be cleaned after use.

5. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

6. Leaving the air conditioning or heating on 24 hours a day is not allowed as it may cause malfunctions in the appliances.

7. Using the natural wood tables in the house for eating or drinking without using tablecloths and/or placemats is prohibited.

8. The fireplace is not to be used in summer.

9. Electric cars cannot be charged in the garage without prior permission from the landlord.

10. Guests not included in the reservation are not allowed without prior permission from the landlord.

11. Pet rules:
Pets are not allowed on the sofas or beds for hygiene reasons. They cannot access the lawn area of the pool to maintain it in good condition. Pets cannot enter the house completely wet, and before departure, the garden must be checked to ensure it is clean of excrement for the next guests.
