The house has 6 large bedrooms, all with private full bathrooms (ensuite with shower and screen), ensuring privacy and comfort for each guest. In total, there are 8 bathrooms: 7 complete with shower and 1 additional toilet in the hall.

The common rooms - living room, dining room and main kitchen - are equally spacious and bright, thanks to their large windows that allow you to enjoy the natural environment even from the inside. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, oven, microwave and everything necessary for both short and long stays.

We have recently added an open plan kitchenette on the top floor, ideal for those who want to prepare a coffee before going downstairs, or families with children who need to warm up a bottle. It includes a refrigerator, induction hob, microwave and a small bar with stools, next to a cozy lounge with sofas.

Located in a 1,400 m² property, surrounded by green areas, centenary trees and open views of the Ribeira Sacra landscape, this villa offers privacy, tranquility and connection with nature. It also has swings, outdoor furniture, barbecue and private parking for several vehicles (including covered parking space).

The house is accessible for people with reduced mobility thanks to an outdoor ramp that connects comfortably with the first floor.

Ideal location, just 200 meters from the center of Escairón, with supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and all services within walking distance.

Privileged location in the heart of the Ribeira Sacra, in the town of Escairón (O Saviñao), just 200 meters from the village center, with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and other services.

Surrounded by nature, vineyards and river landscapes, it is ideal for disconnecting, hiking, visiting viewpoints, Romanesque monasteries and wineries in the area.

Convenient access by car: only 15 min from Monforte de Lemos, 30 min from Ourense, 40 min from Lugo and 1 h 15 min from Santiago de Compostela. Private parking inside the farm.

Activities and attractions

Mirador Cabo do Mundo: A few minutes from the house, it offers one of the most spectacular views of the meander of the Miño river.

Bodegas Moure - Abadía da Cova: In the village itself is its office, and very close you can visit its vineyard with viewpoint, participate in guided tours and enjoy tastings of its famous wines.

A Cova river beach: A short distance away, it is perfect for spending the day by the Miño river, with a bathing area, water activities and an excellent restaurant facing the water.

Hiking and nature: Access to routes through vineyards, forests and riverbanks, ideal for all levels.

Local gastronomy: In the bars and restaurants of Escairón you can taste traditional dishes such as octopus a feira, Galician empanada, local meats and seasonal products.

Romanesque Route: Nearby are jewels such as the Monastery of Santo Estevo de Ribas de Miño or San Pedro de Rocas, among other historic temples surrounded by nature.
