• We are pet-friendly, so your furry companion will always be welcome. Please take care that it does not cause damage or disturbance to other neighbors.

• Smoking, vaping or using electronic cigarettes is not allowed inside the property. If you wish to do so, you can use the designated terrace.

• Parties, events, loud music or any behavior that may disturb neighbors are not allowed.

• It is necessary to respect the rest schedule, which goes from 00:00h to 9:00h.

• In case of loss of a set of keys, it will be necessary to pay €120 for the replacement, including the cylinder/lock and the remaining keys.

• If the key is forgotten inside the lock, the tenant will be responsible for all the expenses derived from the solution.

• Tenants are responsible for their belongings during the stay. We do not accept responsibility for theft or loss of personal items.

• Taking photographs or recordings for commercial purposes is not allowed on the property.

• Arrival and departure times: arrival from 3:00 p.m. and departure before 12:00 p.m.
