The accommodation
Las Dunas Javea is a very well appointed ground floor apartment.
Two bedroom, 2 shower rooms, with a new kitchen in 2024. It is right beside the 30m salt water pool, which is gared and fenced, as is our sunny south facing terrace. This is always a pleasant place to sit with a naya and two awnings, around the side is storage with beach chairs and other useful items for your stay.
Designated parking space for one vehicle immediately behind the apartment.
It's our home for several months of the year and is very comfortable. It has been out holiday rental since 2016 and there are many good reviews.

Setting
Las Dunas Javea is in a small complex just across the road from the Arenal beach and promenade. It has a marvellous salt water pool, safely fenced. There are many opportunities to eat out, all tastes catered for, interesting shops and cafes and a convenient small supermarket 150m away. Plus others very close by and some local international food stores.
Activities and attractions
Sunbathing, swimming, boating (tours and private hire) diving and snorkelling, Jávea has an underwater nature reserve.
