Country house with private pool, barbecue and fibre optic internet (1000Mbps), and external antenna for wifi coverage with capacity for 6 people in Pollença.

Located in a quiet and rural area, this beautiful country house has multiple features to make it your holiday home. The house, with views of the garden and the mountain, has a total of 240m2 distributed on a single floor, very practical and cosy, it has all the amenities. Upon crossing the main door of the house, we find the dining room with air conditioning and smart TV, of rustic style, with a table and space for all guests of the house. The independent kitchen has a cooker, dishwasher, electric oven, a large fridge and an osmosis system for drinking water.

It also has 3 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds, 2 of them with air conditioning. All of them have Smart Tv. It has two bathrooms, a full double bathroom with a towel radiator and another bathroom with a shower that is accessed from the outside.

The round swimming pool of 3.5m x 3.5m with a maximum depth of 1.5m will make your stay more refreshing and fun, especially for the little ones in the house. Relaxing under the sun, having a glass of wine by the pool will be small things that you will enjoy at La Sort Llarga, what you will best remember upon returning from your stay. There is an outdoor covered parking for 2 cars.

Next to the house there is a porch to enjoy meals and dinners made on its practical barbecue (which has a medium-sized fridge), and also includes a relaxation area. It has everything you want to enjoy a peaceful holiday.

The Sort Llarga is located in Pollensa, a beautiful town full of customs, festivals, history and culture. Getting to know its narrow streets, visiting Calvary, as well as tasting local cuisine in its magnificent restaurants. The Puerto Pollença beach, with fine sand and crystal-clear waters, is the closest. Idyllic and paradisiacal are also the Formentor beach and the Cala de Sant Vicent.
Pollensa is an ideal place for cyclists, hikers, nature lovers and golf enthusiasts.

Minimum stay of 5 nights. In July and August, check-ins and check-outs are on Saturday.
Deposit of €200 upon arrival, from which electricity expenses at €0.35/kW will be deducted.
Eco-tax of €2.20 per person per day to be paid at the accommodation.
