RULES OF LIVING IN VILLAGRANADA, MOTRIL, BY GUESTS

Compliance with the vacation rental rules is a requirement of the contract. Failure to comply with the following points may lead to a penalty or expulsion from the property, or additional charges to compensate for damages.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. All guests must comply with the rules of this vacation rental and must take complete care of the property, furnishings, and all objects within, as if they were the owners. They will be jointly and severally liable for all damages, social distancing measures, and compliance with the rules and other instructions given by the owner of VILLAGRANADA, Ms. MARIA JOSE MARTINEZ JIMENEZ, during their stay.

2. Guests must notify the owner/manager of any disputes and/or complaints from neighbors immediately.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT OF GUESTS

1. Check-in time will be from 5:00 PM unless the owner notifies the property owner by phone or text message that the property can be used before the stipulated time.

2. All guests must present their identity document (DNI) or passport upon check-in, and they must provide all personal information, payment methods, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, family ties, etc., as required by law. The TRAVELER'S REPORT must be submitted to the National Police for verification of the Police Traveler Registry and the signature of the aforementioned report.

No other person who has not registered and signed the TRAVELER'S REPORT may stay at the hotel under any circumstances, except with the Owner's authorization. If this occurs, the stay may be terminated and guests will be evicted, with no right to complain.

In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that your email address and the personal data you provided have been incorporated into the file for which MARIA JOSE MARTINEZ JIMENEZ is responsible. The purpose of this file is to maintain future communications regarding the professional relationship we have initiated. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection by indicating this information here or by contacting the Data Controller.

NOISE AND RESPECT FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

1. Guests are fully responsible for the safety of any children accompanying them throughout their stay and for any disturbance caused to other residents in the neighborhood.

2. Guests must keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb other residents in the area, especially during hours when they may be sleeping (for example, from midnight to eight in the morning or during siesta time).

4. Excessive noise is prohibited under any circumstances and at any time and may result in the termination of the guest's stay, eviction, and the loss of the entire amount paid for the stay.

5. Guests and their visitors (authorized by the owner) must behave respectfully toward the residents of the area and must be respectful and convivial.

6. When parking in the parking lot or on the ford, it must be done without loud noises such as music, racing cars, or voices, especially at odd hours or in the early hours of the morning.

VISITS AND USE OF THE PROPERTY:

1. Guests are permitted to receive guests during their stay, provided they do not stay overnight and the Host is notified. Maximum of 4-5 guests.

2. Guests are responsible for ensuring that the number of guests allowed is not exceeded.

3. All guests must comply with the rules set forth in this document.

4. If a guest wishes to spend the night at the property, this must be communicated and approved during the reservation and police registration process and will be subject to any additional fees specified in the final price.

4. Throwing a party is strictly prohibited.

5. Guests must observe the aforementioned rules regarding noise, neighborhood, and visitors.

PARKING:

1. Parking is included in the reservation, for up to 3 cars in the property's parking lot and one in the designated parking lot.
TRASH, RECYCLING, AND BARBECUES CLEANING:

1. Guests must take care of trash and recycling according to the instructions below:

- They must not leave any type of waste or trash in the kitchen, gardens, terraces, bathroom bins, bedrooms, and other areas, etc.
- The kitchen and laundry area must be left tidy and clean, as well as dirty dishes, glassware, and other household items or utensils, the sink, dishwasher, etc.

2. The instructions regarding trash are as follows:

a) Do not leave food scraps or personal items outside the containers in the kitchen and bathrooms.
b) Always keep the trash container lined with a bag to dispose of food scraps and other items.

c) All trash must be removed daily and taken to the containers located at the exit of the house on the left hand side and at the end of Gerald Brenan Street, or to the left of the house to the containers next to the road.

BARBECUES:

Charcoal and gas barbecues, as well as paella burners, must be left clean, both of grease (for the gas barbecue) and of ash (for the wood and charcoal barbecue). (By the way, gas is supplied, but not charcoal or firewood.)
Since the cleaning company charges a fee for cleaning barbecues, if they are not left as delivered, a €65 fee will be charged to your credit card for cleaning the barbecues.

SECURITY:

1. Whenever guests leave the property, it is their responsibility to ensure that windows and doors are properly closed to maintain security and prevent damage caused by rain or wind.

2. If you are not at home, please turn off all unnecessary appliances, including radiators, lights, and air conditioning for safety and energy savings.

3. Take special care with the two automatic garage doors (sliding and folding) to avoid being trapped. Open them carefully when no one is around.

Pool:

1. For safety reasons, the use of glass objects near the pool is not permitted. This rule must be followed.

2. For pool maintenance, it is recommended to vacuum the pool daily and ensure that there are always at least two chlorine tablets in the corners, located in the water treatment room.

3. It is advisable to lock the water treatment room and the water pump units in the garage to prevent children from accessing the pool. Terraces:

1. Guests must supervise and watch children when on terraces, in the garage, on the indoor and outdoor stairs, and especially when swimming in the pool.
Glassware and dishes should not be brought onto the lawn or into the pool to avoid possible breakage and damage to the glass.

Tobacco:

1. Smoking: SMOKING IS PROHIBITED inside the villa, in all rooms, common areas, living rooms, bedrooms, and the garage. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED on the terraces and outdoors. Smoking is not permitted on the artificial turf due to a high risk of fire.

2. Cigarette butts should be placed in the designated ashtrays, not on the ground.

Pets:

Due to previous negative experiences, pets are NOT allowed in this vacation rental.

DAMAGES AND OTHER LOSSES

Since no deposits or warranties are required, we adhere to the following:

1. Any breakages or damages caused must be reported to the HOSTESS AND OWNER MARIA JOSE MARTINEZ JIMENEZ, who reserves the right to charge the credit card used to pay, or as personally agreed, to compensate for the damage or replace the damaged item with another similar item.
If this rule is not followed and legal action is necessary, the courts of Granada City will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Granada.

2. To avoid damages and damages, it is prohibited to move furniture and other items (television, lamps, etc.) from one room to another without prior consent from the owner/manager.

3. Towels placed in the bathroom may not be taken out of the property (for example, to go to the beach or pool).

There are other pool towels at the property for this purpose, which the owner will leave ready in the bedrooms, one per guest.

4. Bath towels MAY NOT be used to remove makeup, clean shoes, or clean oneself after using the bathroom. The same applies to bed linens, curtains, etc. In the event of any such incident, a charge will be made to the credit card used for payment.

5. In the event of theft, robbery, or theft of items, towels, or other belongings, guests will be charged the corresponding amount, at the replacement value.

CHECK-OUT PROCESS:

Rules regarding key collection, security, cleaning, trash disposal, etc.:

1. Check-out time will be at 10:00 a.m., unless the owner allows the guest to be present.
2. The kitchen and pool keys must be left in the entry box on the chess table.

3. The two sets of keys to the apartment and two remote controls for the automatic garage door must be left in the entry box on the chess table. The cars must be removed from the garage and the door closed.

4. Before leaving the apartment, tenants must check that the faucets, appliances, windows, and entry door are properly closed and turned off, and that air conditioners, televisions, stereos, radiators, etc., remain off.

5. Tenants are asked to exit through the main door and pull the door closed until it closes, then do the same with the iron gate to the street.

6. The garbage from the bathroom and kitchen must be removed from the apartment once the vacation rental contract ends.

BREACH OF COMPLIANCE:

1. Failure to comply with any of these rules constitutes a breach of the conditions applicable to the vacation rental agreement.

2. The owner/manager has the right to terminate the guest's stay if they fail to comply with the rules of this house or cause disturbance to the neighbors and other residents of the area.

ACCEPTANCE AND SIGNATURE OF VILLAGRANADA RULES

The rules are understood to be accepted and signed by making a reservation through the booking portals or website.
