Villa Ocean is the perfect retreat for an unforgettable holiday in the Algarve. Ideally located, it’s just a short walk from the stunning Arrifes Beach and close to restaurants, bars, and other Albufeira attractions.

This elegant 4-bedroom villa offers all the comfort you need. On the ground floor, you’ll find one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a guest WC. The spacious living and dining area overlooks the pool, and the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing your favourite meals.

Upstairs, there are two suites: one with a double bed and en-suite with bathtub, and another with twin beds and en-suite with shower.

The basement offers fun for all with a games room featuring a pool table, foosball, minibar, and a bathroom with shower.

Outside, you can enjoy the private pool (heatable as an optional extra), a decorative LED-lit waterfall, sun loungers, a lounge area, dining space, and a BBQ for al fresco meals.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

Prices for up to 8 people.
The 9th and 10th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only €126 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
