Centrally located flat in a very quiet area with views of the city, 3 minutes walk from the beach. At 5 minutes walking distance, there is a free Municipal Parking all year round. It is situated between two big supermarkets (Lidl and Mercadona). The latter is inside the municipal market, where you can find fresh and good quality produce.
You will also be 1 minute away from the Town Hall in case you need any additional information.
The flat has just been completely refurbished. It is equipped with everything you may need to make you feel at home and has many details that will make your stay easier.
Located in Calafell, 200 metres from Calafell Beach and 300 metres from Platja de les Madrigueres Beach, Quimanna Calafell Beach offers air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi.

This flat features 2 bedrooms (double room+double room) and a double sofa bed, a kitchenette with dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, flat-screen TV, seating area and 1 bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a washing machine on the gallery. The flat provides towels, bed linen, hairdryer and many courtesy amenities to make your stay easier. The property has a terrace with a table, chair and a sun lounger.

A deposit of 150€ is required, to be paid before your stay by bank transfer and returned by the same method, once the condition of the flat has been checked.
The tourist tax is to be paid in cash on entering the flat.

Conditions of use:
Smoking is not allowed inside the flat.
Pets are only allowed on request.
No parties are allowed.
The neighbours' rest must be respected from 10 pm to 9 am.
The flat must be left tidy, free of rubbish and with clean dishes.
No more people may stay in the apartment than the number of places that have been contracted.
Failure to comply with the established conditions will result in the non-refund of the deposit.

Being located right in the centre, you will be very close to shops of all kinds, both on the promenade and on the main street (Vilamar) as well as restaurants and bars.
