The accommodation

Completely renovated flat. Living room with air conditioning and 3 bedrooms with fans. 2 bathrooms with shower. It has a large parking space, wifi and views to the swimming pool and tennis court.

Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine, crockery and utensils to make you feel at home.

Recently installed thermal insulation in walls and windows, giving greater energy efficiency. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. It also has WiFi. The terrace faces east.

A photograph of your ID card is requested in order to verify, and if necessary correct, any errors in the information you provide, and thus comply with our obligations as those responsible for complying with current regulations on the registration of guests, in accordance with RD 933/2021, which requires accommodation providers to collect your personal information, and makes us responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. After checking the accuracy of the information, photographs of identity documents will be permanently deleted and will not be stored on any server or database.

Setting

Enjoy the beach of Gandia located 3 min walk from the apartment.
Located in a quiet and familiar condominium. There is a supermarket very close, and other grocery stores, so you can easily do your shopping. Along the beach, there is a pedestrian and bicycle path that will take you to the port of Gandia. The path is lined with restaurants, ice cream parlors and souvenir stores. Gandia village is about 10 minutes by car. Valencia airport is 71 km away.

Activities and attractions

You can also enjoy cultural visits in the surroundings, highlighting such us the Ducal Palace of the Borgia, the Collegiate Church of Santa Maria, the Archaeological Museum of Gandia among others. About 40 minutes by car is the city of Valencia with its spectacular port and its city of arts and sciences.
