This charming single-story terraced apartment is strategically located near the beach and the MET (Mediterranean Equestrian Tour) on Vermeer Street in Oliva Nova. Part of the Club Sevilla VI Residential Complex, it offers 77 m² of living space, built with attention to detail in 2005.

Accommodating up to 6 guests, the home features a main entrance with a closed porch, a cozy living room with TV and dining area, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with modern appliances, including fridge, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, and cabinets.

The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. There are also two additional bedrooms with two single beds each, plus a second bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment includes an outdoor terrace with furniture and a retractable awning – perfect for relaxing – and direct access to the swimming pool for refreshing moments in the sun.
