Very equipped house to spend an unforgettable vacation in the Center of Alicante, just 200 meters from Avenida Alfonso el Sabio, Central Market area.

Located a few minutes walk from Postiguet Beach, the Old Town, Plaza de los Luceros, and Santa Barbara Castle.

You will also have the best places to eat, a variety of cuisine, cafes, commercial stores, among others.

Very well connected by buses, the Alicante high-speed train station and the TRAM (public transport service).

We must respect the building's quiet hours.
We will not be able to light candles inside the house, nor on the terrace.
Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
Parties are not allowed in the house.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee (see rate)
No breakfast or cleaning service is provided per day.

For stays equal to or less than 10 days, it will be considered Tourist Housing – Tourism Contract.
For stays longer than 10 days, it will be considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.

For stays longer than 10 days, it will be considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 and Law 29/1994, of November 24 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.

Setting

Guests will be able to use the entire house. The house is rented in its entirety.

You can also enjoy the outdoor balcony terrace to have a coffee or an aperitif.
