The separate kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home, including a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, and small appliances. The spacious living-dining room is the perfect place to relax and offers access to an open terrace where you can enjoy outdoor meals or simply admire the partial sea view.

Check-in procedure:

Present identification documents for all guests

Security deposit by card: €150. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out

Payment for additional services if requested, for example: parking

House rules:
• Smoking and parties are not allowed
• Maximum number of guests: according to the reservation
• The accommodation must be left clean, tidy, and without damage
• Pets: only with prior authorization
