Holiday apartment with sea views for 4 people in Fuengirola (Malaga, Andalucia, Spain). It is located in the new luxury complex Higuerón Oeste 217, just 1.5 km from the Carvajal beach in Fuengirola and next to the famous Curio Collection by Hilton hotel.

The apartment has a spacious lounge with a modern open plan fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large east facing terrace.From the terrace you can see the sea and the swimming pools. It is furnished with modern furniture and has a terrace of over 20 square metres. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and armchair in front of which you can watch your favourite programmes on the very large Smart TV. On nice days you can have a barbecue on the terrace. The apartment is on the first floor and can be reached by lift from the basement car park. There are two parking spaces available.

The lounge/diner has a spacious open plan fitted kitchen with large sliding doors to the terrace and a round table for six. There are two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and double beds of 180cm and two single beds of 100cm. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. The apartment has a fibre optic internet connection, air conditioning and central heating. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and pets are not allowed.To reach the places of interest you will have to travel by car. Within five minutes drive you will find a Carrefour supermarket, restaurants and pizzerias. In the same area there are several shops and the El Higuerón pharmacy. The nearest beach is Carvajal Beach, 6 minutes away by car.
