Welcome to Maranta, an exclusive, modern-style apartment located in the heart of Estepona. Situated on the first floor of the prestigious Infinity complex (built in 2020), this 90 m² property offers the perfect balance of comfort, design, and functionality. The apartment features a bright and stylish living-dining room with contemporary furnishings and a Smart TV, opening onto a cozy 8 m² terrace — perfect for morning coffee or a relaxed evening outdoors. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, freezer, and coffee maker, ensuring a seamless stay.

There are two comfortable bedrooms: the master with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm). Both rooms offer quality bedding and independent air conditioning/heating.
