A fully renovated and well-equipped space designed to make you feel at home. Located right in the city center, with all kinds of services within walking distance. Our room is located on the second floor (no elevator). It is a suite-style room with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. It includes a 40-inch smart TV, a desk with a chair, a clothes rack, and plenty of space to store your travel items, along with a small ironing board and an iron. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available. The room also features a mini fridge, a capsule coffee machine, and a kettle.

The main entrance, lobby, hallways, kitchen, and laundry area are common spaces shared with 3 private rooms. Each room has its own key box, and the layout of the rooms ensures privacy and comfort.
Currently, Calle La Rosa, where our property is located, is undergoing improvements for its pedestrianization, with an estimated completion date in mid-June 2025. During this period, there may be some noise during working hours, and car access will not be available. However, pedestrian access to the property is guaranteed, and you will be able to enjoy your stay. In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26, it will be necessary to complete a form with your ID or passport details before your arrival for registration with the authorities.You will receive a secure web link to provide this information. Under no circumstances will a copy or photo of your document be requested. This process is mandatory, and if not completed, we will not be able to provide you with the access codes to the property.
