The accommodation

MIMI'S HOME is a ground floor flat in a family Liberty building, surrounded by a small garden, a real privilege in the centre of town

This house was created to host our friends from all over the world, I hope that at the end of your stay you will be able to say that you are one of them.

The house is comfortable and cosy, furnished with taste and dedication to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

the house consists of 2 rooms

1 DOUBLE BEDROOM with a double bed and en-suite bathroom

1 FAMILY ROOM with en-suite bathroom and:
1 double bed
1 single bed convertible into a double bed
1 sofa bed and
1 cot

it will be our care to welcome the little ones with every attention

1 bathroom/laundry room complete with sanitary facilities, washing machine and large shower

1 brand new small and very functional indoor kitchen complete with electrical appliances: cooker, kettle, espresso coffee machine, oven, fridge, freezer, electric oven

1 outdoor kitchen complete with barbecue hob, sink, sofas and sun loungers. the use of the outdoor barbecue must be authorised instead the outdoor kitchen in summer will be a real asset, please keep it tidy and clean.

in addition, all rooms are heated by radiators in winter and cooled by air conditioning in summer.

All spaces are designed to give you a pleasant stay.

Unfortunately there is no parking available inside the structure, so we advise you to look for a place for your car in the station car park, or leave it at home and reach us by train or, if you come from far away, by plane

On your arrival you will find a set of towels 2 per person, clean and sterilised sheets including pillowcases and bedspreads, in an adequate number for the people who have booked.

The rooms before your arrival will be completely sanitised, there will also be shower gel and soap, as well as a minimum supply of coffins for cleaning the house,
cleaning and change of linen during your stay are not foreseen, but if you need it we will put you in touch with the attendant to arrange it directly.

I will be at your disposal throughout the day and will try as far as possible to satisfy all your requests.

Smoking, partying and/or receiving visitors who have not checked in is prohibited.

Setting

The flat is located in a very central area of Pescara, in front of the most beautiful free inclusive beach of the whole coastline, very close to the main square, the shopping streets and the Pescara nightlife.

It is just a 2-minute walk from the conservatory and is surrounded by every essential service, allowing you to forget your car and move around freely on foot, by bike or scooter, which you can rent via an app.
