SHORT RENTAL AGREEMENT (L 431/1998)

OWNER (HOST): data visible in the reservation integral parts of this contract.
TENANT (GUEST): the one who completes the booking on the Airbnb portal: the details of the reservation, together with the guests' identity documents are integral parts of this contract.

The booking defines also the rent price, the beginning and the end of the rental.
Payment, taxes, cleaning fee, deposit are all managed by Airbnb portal.
The rent price includes charges for solid waste and municipal services, the consumption of electricity, water, heating, wifi, residents expenses, towels and bed linen, a final cleaning.

GENERAL RULES
The rent has exclusively a tourist purposes and the house can only be used for residential purposes.
The tenant is responsible for all guests included in the booking and can not sublet or take other people in the apartment permanently.
At the moment of check-in, the tenant will assume the custodian's obligations, relieving the owner of any liability for damages also to third parties.
Stopping and making noise is strictly forbidden in the building's entrance and stairs, and even in the courtyard.
Parties are strictly forbidden.
Inside the apartment smoking is forbidden.
Pets and bicycles are not allowed.

The tenant declares to accept the “general rules”.
All personal data will be processed according to European Legislation GDPR 2016/679.
Successful payment of the rent is equivalent to signing this agreement
