1) ENTRANCE: Entry to the apartment will not be allowed without the prior payment of the deposit of 20% plus the entire stay. It does not affect tenants of airbnb-type tourist platforms. The entry will never be before 4:00 p.m.
2) DEPOSIT: If after verifying the stay there has been no serious damage to the house, the full deposit will be returned within 5 business days. In the case of major deterioration, broken objects, as well as damage to property or common areas, these may be deducted from the deposit, and if it does not cover the damage, the difference will be requested. The disappearance of any object belonging to the property will be penalized in the non-return of the deposit. Any breach of the rules of coexistence, gives the property the right to requisition the entire deposit.
3) OCCUPANCY: The house will not be occupied by more than 6 tenants, except for specific agreements with the owner. Any person who does not appear in said contract must be communicated and approved by the property.
4) INVITATIONS AND VISITS: In case of receiving visits to the apartment (swimming pool, lunch and dinner) the number may not exceed 2 people including children, and only once per week contracted.
5) SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Yes, you can smoke on the porch which is very spacious.
6) RAMP: It is not allowed to go up the ramp. Only in exceptional cases is it allowed to unload belongings and purchases in front of the door of the house. Please, once the operation is finished, proceed to remove the car in order to facilitate access to the parallel apartment.
7) TOWELS: Bath towels will remain in the house. They are not allowed to be used in the pool or taken to the beach. Its use is exclusive for the bathroom. There are 6 pool towels, 2 in each room. Please use them only for the pool.
8) POOL: The use of the pool is limited until 9pm. There is no lifeguard so the tenants are responsible for any accident or damage that may occur in it, both to them and to the children who are under their responsibility. The pool is for common use with two other houses. For this reason, the use of inflatables is prohibited, and all belongings must be collected when leaving the premises. The sun loungers must also be removed and the umbrellas closed since there is night watering, and there is a risk that the umbrellas will fly. It is important that no food remains because insects proliferate. It is not allowed to organize breakfasts, snacks, lunches or dinners around the pool. All meals are to be eaten on the porch. There is automatic irrigation, and automatic lawnmower that are activated from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m.
9) CLOTHES LINE: There is a clothes line just outside the house. Damp and wet clothes, such as towels, and bathing suits should be hung in it. It is strictly forbidden to hang wet clothes, such as towels and bathing suits, on the porch, nor on the porch or house furniture.
10) BARBECUES: It is not allowed to have barbecues or meals with an open fire in compliance with the regulations of the Mont-Ras City Council.

14) WC: do not throw objects into the toilet. For objects such as tampons, cotton swabs, there is a wastebasket in each bathroom and special bags for intimate use.
15) GARBAGE: Please keep the community areas clean. Ordinary garbage will be collected daily at 11 a.m. from the brown cube past the bridge to the right as you exit. Recycling is mandatory. There's a how-to chart on the fridge door. Green: Glass Yellow: Containers Blue: Cardboard. At the exit of the bridge are the appropriate containers. Inside the house there is a drawer with cubes marked for each purpose.
16) NOISE: As urbanization regulations, excessive noise and music are prohibited and penalized during the day, and especially after 11pm.
17) RAIN: If there is a suspicion of storm or precipitation, please close the windows before leaving the house and check that no water enters that could damage the furniture. In the event that the tenants are not present and the rain or wind can create any damage, the property will have the authorization to do so.
18) AIR CURRENTS: We are in a windy area; we would appreciate being careful when leaving windows and doors open as they could break with air currents. Please keep them down as long as possible. The windows and glass doors are large and have three positions, please do not force them and ask for help or contact the property in case of any incident. Please always use the oscillating position of the windows to avoid glass breakage. Special care must be taken with the porch door, which must be fixed at all times.
19) LAWN: Irrigation is activated daily. Do not leave belongings on the lawn that could be damaged by watering or mowing. It is forbidden to play football and any sports activity that could damage the lawn, as well as to bring glasses or glass objects to the pool area
20) CLOSURE HOUSE: a set of keys will be delivered. Please close the house and windows when you leave the premises to prevent theft and entry of birds and insects. The property is not responsible for the objects of the tenants
21) DISHWASHER: On the day of departure, please leave the dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and if possible, wash them. The set of keys will be left on the kitchen table.
22) AIR CONDITIONING: Please use the air conditioning responsibly, that is, with the windows and doors closed. There are presence sensors and open doors or windows that block the air conditioners.
23) DEPARTURE: The departure will be before 11 am.
24) PETS: Pets are not allowed. On exceptional occasions they will be allowed, with the prior consent of the owner. In this case, please take responsibility for them and ensure that you do not disturb the neighbors.
