Maison Juliet is located in one of the most captivating areas of Trieste, nestled between the greenery of the Public Garden and the cultural energy of Viale XX Settembre a historic promenade loved by writers like Svevo and Joyce, and home to the Teatro Rossetti.

A spacious and cozy lounge with a sofa bed (140x190 cm mattress), air conditioning, and a 55” Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, and more. Ultra-fast Wi-Fi (2.5 Gbps) is perfect for remote workers or streaming enthusiasts.

KITCHEN
A bohemian yet fully equipped kitchen featuring a SMEG fridge, breakfast bar with stools, oven, stovetop, moka pot, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine. You'll also find salt, oil, sugar, vinegar, and pepper for easy, free-style cooking.

BATHROOM
Modern bathroom with a glass shower enclosure (120x70 cm), toilet, bidet, towels, hairdryer, and shower gel provided.

BEDROOM
Double bed (160x190 cm), chest of drawers, air conditioning, and a comfortable armchair—perfect for reading or relaxing.

HALLWAY & WORKSPACE
Functional desk and a spacious built-in wardrobe to store clothes, shoes, and luggage.

LAUNDRY AREA
A laundry corner with washing machine, detergent, and clotheslines for drying outdoors.

All set in an extremely quiet, peaceful, and relaxing environment.

This is a tourist rental: a set of towels is provided, but no breakfast or daily cleaning service. A washing machine is available for longer stays.

Setting

The apartment is located in Via Giulia, one of the main and best-served streets of Trieste, in a quiet but central residential area. A few meters away there are shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and restaurants, as well as the "Il Giulia" shopping center, very convenient for every need.

The area is very well connected: several bus lines pass right under the house that take you in a few minutes to the city center, the train station, the Barcola seafront or the Miramare Castle. If you prefer to move on foot, you can reach the historic center and Piazza Unità d'Italia in about 15-20 minutes with a pleasant walk along Viale XX Settembre, where the famous Teatro Rossetti is also located.

Activities and attractions

The apartment is located in a perfect area for exploring the city on foot or by public transport. A few steps away is Viale XX Settembre, the heart of city life, with historic cafes, restaurants, cinemas and theatres.

For those who love walking or cycling, the Parco della Rimembranza and the Trieste Karst offer panoramic routes and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Trieste. In addition, the nearby Ferdinandeo and the Passeggiata di San Giovanni are ideal for relaxing in nature.

The area is also well connected with direct buses to Miramare, the splendid seaside residence of Archduke Maximilian of Habsburg, and to Barcola, an ideal place for a walk on the seafront or a dip in the summer.
