The apartment has been recently renovated and consists of a living-dining room, an open kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom, and an exterior patio. It features cozy wooden flooring throughout all rooms.

It is a ground floor apartment, with direct access from the urbanization, so it does not require an elevator.

The living-dining room is very spacious, roomy, and bright. It has air conditioning (cooling and heating), as well as a ceiling fan above the sofa bed. It also has electric blinds and a 55" TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped (combi refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, cutlery, dishes, and cookware).

The bedroom has a double bed of 150 cm, with a wooden headboard that has integrated LED lighting, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, and a spacious built-in wardrobe with numerous hangers and a varied layout to store both suitcases and all types of clothing. There is a ceiling fan.

The ceiling fans, in the living room and bedroom, have 6 speed settings and adjustable LED lights in intensity and color temperature. They also feature automatic shut-off. This allows you to customize it to your preferences, for example, sleep with a very low fan speed or increase it if you feel warmer, although the bedroom enjoys very good temperature conditions at any time of the year, even in the summer months.
