The accommodation

The villa is fully air conditioned and furnished in neutral and modern tones. Due to its layout of spaces it is very comfortable, bright and modern. Its large windows offer glimpses of the panorama from every angle, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of the area even from the inside. The white ceilings and walls and the abundant light give the interiors a particular charm.
From the entrance of the villa you can directly access the large living room, soberly furnished with a sofa and an armchair under the window and a TV area; next to it is the dining room with table and chairs. From the modern style kitchen, equipped with all comforts (hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher) and fully equipped, you go directly to the patio furnished with an outdoor dining table with a suggestive view. Another opening, again from the kitchen, leads to the back of the property where the service area is located: an area equipped for hanging out clothes and for disposing of waste in compliance with current regulations. Also in the back we also find the washing machine and a second outdoor shower (served with hot water).
On the same level as the living area are the bedrooms: the double bedroom and two single bedrooms. All the bedrooms are furnished and complete with wardrobes and bedside tables. The bathroom is complete and equipped with wardrobes and accessories, with a large shower. All the furniture is new and the villa is completely renovated.
The layout of the house makes it perfect for a family of 4 and there is the possibility of hosting a fifth in the comfortable sofa bed for one and a half people in the living room.
The villa is a few kilometers from the Sicilian motorway network, which allows you to easily reach all the centers of interest in Sicily. A few kilometers away there is a supermarket with a butcher and fishmonger with fresh fish. Almost all the shops are equipped with ATMs. The nearby center of Lascari has a bank and in Cefalù there are numerous banks.

- The property is not available for hen/stag parties or similar.
- It is not permitted to bring people into the villa without their identity document registered or without the owner's consent.
- It is not possible to host animals.
- A security deposit of Eur 500.00 is required to be paid in advance in cash upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out after the condition of the accommodation has been checked.

Located in a slightly decentralized position with respect to the villa and the garden is the swimming pool, surrounded by a fir decking flooring that offers a large solarium, where you can enjoy an aperitif by the pool admiring the splendid fiery red sunsets that the panorama offers. The swimming pool measures 5 x 10 m, all around are distributed sunbeds, armchairs and umbrellas. The swimming pool is sanitized with chlorine.
If you prefer to spend a day at the beach, the Villa's location allows you to easily reach the beaches of the northern coast of Sicily which offer dreamlike landscapes.
Spiaggia Salinelle di Lascari is located in the flat area of Salinelle and is the most popular in the area, a few steps from the sea of Cefalù. It is a very long beach of golden sand, partly equipped and partly not, bathed by a beautiful blue sea. Ideal for families and friends, Salinelle beach is also very popular with lovers of windsurfing and water sports. The beach is also equipped and offers bars and numerous refreshment points.
The beach of nearby Cefalù, with its golden sand, is the perfect place for a day of pure relaxation. You can choose to relax on a sun lounger in one of the equipped beaches or enjoy the free area, letting all your worries vanish. A short distance from Cefalù, the beaches of Mazzaforno and Settefrati offer a quieter atmosphere, ideal for those seeking a bit of peace. Sant’Ambrogio is another pearl of the coast, famous for its crystal clear waters.
Castel di Tusa boasts a Blue Flag beach, with smooth pebbles, turquoise waters and a few bars to cool off. If you prefer a relaxing beach, Finale di Pollina is the right one. If you are looking for a more exclusive beach, Mondello, with its Caribbean look, is the ideal choice, just a few steps from Palermo.

Setting

Upon your arrival, one of our receptionists will be waiting for you to show you the villa and explain the house rules.
It is necessary to inform Tenute Lomasi in advance of your expected arrival time by entering this information in the Special Requests section when booking, or by contacting the property using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation.
Important: Upon arrival, you will still need to present VALID documents for all guests. To avoid delays, we suggest sending a photo of the documents to the above contact details.
A security deposit of Eur 500.00 is required to be paid in advance in cash upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out after the condition of the accommodation has been checked.
Upon check-in, you will be asked to pay for your entire stay so that, upon check-out, you will have returned the deposit previously paid.
For your car, you will have access to the parking inside the property.
Please note that Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
If the guest does not take possession of the accommodation on the scheduled day without communicating the delay, the reservation will be considered canceled and no refund is due. If the TENUTE LOMASI property is forced to cancel the reservation, it will be the property's responsibility to immediately notify the guest, refunding the amount paid or, if possible, proposing an alternative accommodation.
No responsibility will be assumed for cancellations due to force majeure.
