The accommodation

The ideal place for families and friends! This is the only house in the vicinity of Canaveias River Beach, which allows for a stay in complete privacy, without sharing interior spaces with others.

The house has on the ground floor a great living room with fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, gas hob, Delta coffee machine, toaster, coffee maker).

It also has a bathroom with shower.

On the 1st floor there is 1 bathroom with bathtub and 3 good bedrooms: 1 bedroom facing the street with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, and 2 bedrooms with views of Serra da Lousã, Vila Nova do Ceira and Rio Ceira (one of the bedrooms has 1 double bed, and the other has 1 double bed and 1 single bed). It also has an 8m long balcony.

For the safety of small children, the stairs (exterior and interior) have protective barriers.

The capacity is 8 people (3 double beds and 2 single beds). However, for the greater comfort of our guests, we are accepting reservations for a maximum of 6 people (for different requests, please contact us - please allow for an extra charge for each additional person).

Setting

There is a small café with a mini-market 20 metres from the house.

The baker's van and the fishmonger's van pass by the house several days a week.

The centre of Vila Nova do Ceira is a 10-minute walk away, where you can find the main church, 1 pharmacy, 1 butcher's shop, 1 supermarket, 1 bakery, 1 florist, 2 cafés and 1 Multibanco ATM.

Activities and attractions

There are several river beaches surrounding the area, including the fantastic river beach of Cabril do Ceira, just 15 minutes away by car.
The accommodation is located less than 10 minutes from the centre of the town of Góis.
