The apartment is located very close to everything, an area with two large parks with games for children, supermarkets, fashion stores, cider houses & local restaurants, we have a health center that is very close to about 500 meters, and also several pharmacies, we have natural gas heating and lots of very hot water, the radiators are in all the rooms of the house, and also in the bathroom, we also have a washing machine and clothesline (free) and a fully equipped kitchen, with ceramic hob, oven, and microwave oven and a large combi fridge, with a large freezer, as well as all the necessary utensils for its use, plates, cutlery, glasses and etc. upon request we can put a highchair, and also a cot for babies up to 3 years old portable type well equipped with a mattress and its crib clothes, If you need anything else, let us know and we will help you.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor without a lift. It can only be accessed by stairs.

Setting

As this is a fully rented apartment, you will be able to enjoy all the rooms in the house. We also have lockable storage rooms on the ground floor, so you can leave baby strollers and other things that you don't want to bring up to the apartment.
