The accommodation

A stylish and family-friendly, 4-bed designer villa at the glorious PGA Catalunya Resort, home of Spain’s No.1 Golf Course. Ideal setting for family or couples’ holidays and sedate golfing retreats. The villa is located in a delightful residential enclave with landscaped grounds, close to Barcelona, Girona and the stunning beaches of the Costa Brava. There are excellent TGV links and easy access to Pyrenees; with France only an hour drive north.

Designed by award-winning architects this luxury villa offers access to the golf course and 5-star hotel amenities. The house is finished to the highest spec with features such as central air conditioning, underfloor heating, electronic lighting system in the living room, motorised curtains, and a fantastic gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances.

There are 4 double bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and ample open plan living space. The villa’s back garden leads to a swimming pool, children’s pool and sun terrace shared with only a few houses. The resort has a private security system 24 hours and video surveillance throughout, offering peace of mind for a relaxed stay.

Linen, towels and basic toiletries are provided at no additional charge. Wifi is available throughout the house and garden. Board games, children’s toys, a Wii gaming console and streaming services are included.

The resort also boasts tennis and padel courts (subject to booking and additional fees), a gym (subject to fees), a top-ranked spa and three restaurants. Activities available in the area include hiking and cycling and a variety of activities and organised outings (Barcelona FC tickets, Michelin starred culinary experiences, Game of Thrones tour, etc.) can be booked through the concierge service at the onsite Hotel Camiral. Setting

The villa is located within a beautiful golf resort with 24-hour security. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet, perfect for relaxing, laid back holidays. The area is family/children friendly and there are many activities for the younger ones nearby. The resort is a short drive from Girona airport and is very close to villages with supermarkets, Michelin-starred restaurants and other services.

The Hotel Camiral on the resort grounds features a bar, restaurants, a spa and wellness center, a gym and tennis and padel courts (available to guests upon booking and subject to fees).
