Balcón de San Gabriel is a spacious, bright, and fully equipped apartment with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, a fully functional kitchen, and a stunning 60 m² terrace with garden furniture and views of the sea and the communal pool. It’s ideal for both teleworking and relaxing holidays.

Setting

Located in a quiet and safe residential area of Alicante, just 2 km from the beach and very close to the EUIPO headquarters. A bike lane starts right at the building’s entrance and leads directly to the office.
You’ll find all essential services within walking distance: supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, and urban bus line 2 at the door. The area is peaceful at night, with no nearby clubs or noisy venues.

Activities and attractions

Guests can enjoy local wine and olive oil tastings, guided tours of the city, and even visits to Santa Bárbara Castle.
On request, we also offer extra cleaning services.
Free street parking is available and a private garage space can be rented per stay.
The neighbourhood includes green areas, children’s playgrounds, and local restaurants — perfect for families or professionals on medium-term stays.
