House for rent only 150 meters from the beach

The accommodation

Welcome my delightful character-filled home. I rent it out for just 10 weeks a year meaning it has a cosy, and warm homely feel. There’s a sofa in the kitchen, facing the island which makes for sociable cooking, the kitchen itself is fully equipped and ready for creative fun… there’s a huge family dining table plus another outside under the grape vine - the ‘lazy nook’ on the upstairs landing is perfect for costing up and reading. In the living room we have comfort in the form of a enormous vintage sofa ready to welcome you into a cosy night in or a disco ball to compliment a night of giggles and dancing… there are games and books provided plus plenty of wifi, sound systems and a TV. The is a beautiful courtyard to the front of the house with seating and bbq area and parking.

Guest access
You have access to the whole house. I stay next door and there’s a connecting door upstairs door which is closed off for the duration of your stay. The front courtyard is open and we might bump into one another there.

Setting

Casa Toliña is at the heart of Porto de Espasante. Which is situated near the most northerly point of Spain in the Rias Altas.
Porto de Espasante is lively and full of character and nestled on a small peninsular surrounded by golden beaches. There are numerous bars and restaurants plus a small supermarket and other it’ll shops. During the summer the sleepy village wakes up and never sleeps!

Activities and attractions

The magnificent coastline of Galicia is on the doorstep, there are glorious walks and wonderful beaches. There is a surf school in the village. There is kayak hire available just 10 minutes away by car where you can explore the Rio Sor. There is also horse riding a 10 minute drive away.
