Inmejorable ubicación, en calle Bastiturri, una bocacalle de la mejor zona de la Avenida Gasteiz. A 10 minutos de la universidad.
Cuarta planta,es muy luminoso y sin edificios enfrente. Todo el piso es exterior con vistas a la calle Bastiturri.
Según accedemos a la vivienda, encontramos encontramos el baño y un precioso salón.La cocina está recien reformada. Tiene tres cómodos y luminosos dormitorios.
Un lugar con amplias zonas verdes y zona de juegos infantiles, rodeado de supermercados, farmacia, bares, restaurante y todo tipo de servicios. La vivienda se ubica a escasos minutos de la Catedral Nueva y el centro de la ciudad. Otros servicios necesarios como los que ofrece el nuevo Ayuntamiento, el Palacio de Justicia, Tráfico o el Ambulatorio de San Martín se encuentran en un área de unos cinco minutos a pie. Además, cuenta con un buen acceso a la red de transportes de la ciudad merced a las paradas de tranvía y de bus que hay en las inmediaciones."
