We appreciate your good behavior, civility, and responsibility. Please refrain from noisy activities from 11:30 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Basic rules of coexistence and respect for other guests and neighbors are required; therefore, please be careful with excessively loud music and other disturbances.
The pool and common recreational areas are open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Parties are strictly prohibited.
The guest is responsible for the behavior of the people they are accompanied by and who are in their apartment.
The number of people staying overnight in the apartment cannot exceed the number agreed upon in the reservation.
If the guest does not comply with these basic rules, the reservation may be canceled and the guest evicted from the apartment, without refunding the reservation price.
