The accommodation

The studio accommodates up to 4 people and features a bright, open-plan layout. The main space includes a double bed and a sofa bed, as well as a dining area with table and chairs, television, and air conditioning. From this room, you have direct access to a sunny outdoor terrace with a private entrance from the street and partial sea views — ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors or simply relaxing.

The kitchen is separate and functional, equipped with an electric hob, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, fridge, and washing machine, offering everything you need for your stay. The bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, and WC.

Check-in Procedure:

-Present identification documents for all guests.
-Security deposit by card: €150. The deposit is returned within 7 days after check-out.
- Payment of additional services if requested, for example: €25 supplement per pet for the entire stay. Maximum of 2 pets allowed in the accommodation.

House Rules:

-No smoking or parties allowed in the accommodation.
-Respect the guest limit according to the reservation.
-Upon leaving, please return the keys, take out the trash, and clean the used dishes.
