Campari Home is a beautiful studio apartment, located in a strategic position (Favaro Veneto) near the historic center of Venice and Marco Polo airport. With grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, tobacconists and bars nearby.
Completely renovated with passion, style and design. Composed of sleeping area, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
With heating and air conditioning.
Tram and bus stop to reach the historic center of Venice in front of the property.

Setting

The cozy and comfortable 35m2 apartment, recently completely renovated, is located in a quiet area on the third floor with elevator in the Europa condominium.

The house is divided into:

Sleeping area with double bed
Living area with sofa bed
Kitchen
Bathroom with shower

The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people (the sofa bed is available for the third person).

Amenities:
Smart TV 32” in the living area, free Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, kitchen utensils, microwave oven, coffee machine, refrigerator, induction hobs, sink, all the comforts as if you were at home!

All sheets and towels are provided by us.

Check-in and check-out can be flexible, unless there are guests arriving / leaving on the same day, in which case check-in will be after 04:00 pm, and check-out will be by 10:00 am.

I will recommend various places to visit and hang out in the unique atmosphere of Venice, I'll wait for you!

Guests can use everything inside the apartment.
Reserved parking space in the condominium courtyard.
