Discover this charming single-storey chalet, ideal for enjoying an unforgettable holiday in Jávea. With a carefully considered layout, the property features three external bedrooms, of which the master bedroom stands out by offering an en-suite bathroom, thus providing both comfort and privacy.

The communal areas are characterised by their spaciousness, openness, and abundance of natural light. The property benefits from two social spaces: a main lounge and an additional sitting room, perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation and conviviality. The open-plan American kitchen, equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, integrates harmoniously with the lounge, creating the perfect ambience for family gatherings or get-togethers with friends.

As part of its recent acquisition, the chalet is being prepared with entirely new sets of bed linen and towels, and every corner will receive a thorough deep clean. The décor will also be refreshed to reflect the upcoming renovation in preparation for the holiday let. Please note that the current photographs are temporary, as a professional photoshoot is being arranged to showcase all the new furnishings and equipment that will be incorporated shortly.
