Ground Floor: Entrance through a very usable private garden: bathroom with shower (ventilated to the outside), bright kitchen, spacious square living room with fireplace leading to a 20m2 private terrace with views and access to the pool and garden. The staircase leads from the living room to the other two floors.
1st Floor: 4 bedrooms (two doubles, with built-in wardrobes), all exterior, and a full bathroom. Large windows overlook the communal garden and a quiet street with low-rise buildings.
2nd Floor: Large attic with a large closet and a terrace with a laundry area.
