Welcome to *Paraíso del Mar*, your ideal seaside retreat! This cozy house with partial sea views is just 900 meters from the beach and 700 meters from Torreblanca train station, with direct connection to Málaga and the airport (26 km).

One of the greatest highlights of this property is the private pool — perfect for cooling off on sunny days, relaxing in complete privacy, or creating unforgettable memories with family and friends. Unlike shared pools, here you’ll have exclusive access throughout your stay, with no schedules or crowds.

The pool features areas of varying depth, making it ideal for both adults and teenagers. It connects directly to the inner patio, providing a comfortable, safe, and truly special outdoor space to enjoy.

**Layout:**
On the ground floor, you’ll find three bedrooms:

* Master bedroom with a king-size bed (2×2 m) and en-suite bathroom.
* Second bedroom with a double bed (150×190 cm).
* Third bedroom with two single beds and direct access to the pool patio.

All bedrooms have large wardrobes.
The patio features a barbecue, sofa, table, and chairs.

**On the upper floor (entrance level):**

* Entrance hall
* Fully equipped kitchen
* Spacious living and dining room with three sofas, a dining table, and access to a balcony with a table and chairs — perfect for enjoying breakfast with a sea view.
* The balcony has stairs leading down to the pool area. And don’t forget — the pool is private!

Everything is ready to make your stay perfect.

Setting

Our neighborhood is considered a quiet residential area — there are no noisy bars or restaurants with music playing late into the night. The small restaurants located two or three blocks from the house are calm and peaceful.

Three blocks away, there’s a shop where you can buy everything you need for breakfast, lunch, or dinner if you decide to stay at home.

The beach is about a 10 to 15-minute walk, depending on your physical condition.

Near the shop mentioned above, there is a local train station that takes you to the center of Fuengirola, downtown Málaga, or the airport (about 20 minutes by train).

Right next to the house, there’s a bus stop that will take you to the city center. There is also a taxi stand nearby.
