Welcome to our clean, summer-styled apartment with a sunny balcony and breathtaking views of the pool, golf course, and the sea beyond.
Whether you're a couple, with friends, or a small family, our apartment offers total relaxation. Enjoy the refreshing pool and reach the beach in just 5 minutes.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, easily accessible by stairs or elevator. Park your car safely in the private garage beneath the building or right in front of the entrance. As soon as you step inside, you'll feel at home in this new, fresh space. The Boho-Ibiza-style interior, serene setting, stunning views, and overall beauty create an instant holiday feeling.

The bedroom can be completely darkened for a good night's sleep and has a double bed. In the living room, the comfortable sofa quickly transforms into a bed, so you can have a tidy space again during the day. The lovely round dining table is perfect for cozy dinners, fun game nights, or working comfortably.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals or enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning.

Setting

Our apartment is located in Los Alcázares, a charming coastal town in the sunny province of Murcia. It borders the Mar Menor, the largest saltwater lagoon in Europe. The water is shallow, warm, and wonderfully calm — ideal for families, couples, or watersports enthusiasts.
