The accommodation

Ideally located in the historic heart of Jávea, this authentic townhouse welcomes you for a minimum 10-night stay, in a warm, peaceful setting just steps away from local shops, restaurants, and the traditional market.

The house offers 4 comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with ceiling or standing fans:
– 2 rooms with double beds (150 cm)
– 1 room with a double bed (135 cm)
– 1 room with two single beds (90 cm)

You'll also find a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom with a bathtub, bidet, and storage space.

🛋️ The house is fully furnished and equipped for a comfortable stay: coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, hairdryer, cooking essentials, and linens. While there is no air conditioning, the home features new fans and a cross-ventilation layout that ensures natural airflow throughout.
One set of bed linens is provided per bedroom (changed every 10 days), along with one set of towels per guest.

☀️ Outside, enjoy a spacious sunny terrace, perfect for dining, reading, or relaxing, with a small laundry area attached.

The house is situated in a peaceful alleyway with year-round local residents.
We kindly ask you to respect the quiet environment, avoid excessive noise—especially in the evenings—and refrain from hosting parties.

👶🐾 Children and small pets are welcome, but please note that the house has several staircases and is not suitable for toddlers or guests with reduced mobility.
