Booking and Rental Conditions
1. Booking and Payment

Reservations can be made by email, phone, or directly through our website.
A reservation is confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
In case of late payment, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
2. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled 60 days before arrival, 50% of the rental fee will be charged.
If cancelled 30 days before arrival, 75% of the rental fee will be charged.
If cancelled 14 days before arrival, 100% of the rental fee will be charged.
If we are able to re-rent the property for the cancelled period, a full or partial refund may be issued.
3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 16:00
Check-out: by 10:00
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon prior agreement.
4. Security Deposit

No security deposit is required.
5. Guest Registration

According to Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests must present a valid ID upon arrival.
Guest data must be recorded in the SES.HOSPEDAJES system, as required by the Spanish Ministry of the Interior.
6. House Rules

The property may only be used by the persons listed in the reservation.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Pets are only allowed with prior arrangement and written permission.
Guests must respect neighbors’ peace and avoid excessive noise, especially during evening hours.
7. Community Regulations

From April 3, 2025, Spanish law requires that, in the case of condominium properties, prior authorization from the property owners’ association is needed for short-term rentals. Please check whether your selected property has this authorization.
8. Liability and Insurance

We recommend guests have travel and accident insurance covering any possible damages or incidents.
The owner is not liable for any damage to or loss of guests’ personal belongings.
9. Force Majeure

The owner is not liable for events beyond their control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, pandemics) that may affect the booking or stay.
