Nearby is a large municipal parking lot (a 4-minute walk) with very convenient rates and a large paid parking lot (a 3-minute walk).

Currently, the area offers interesting cultural events: a film club (on Via Roma, a 2-minute walk), the National Museum of Pietrarsa, and events near the sea.
