The accommodation

The barn is 200 years old and filled with character features. As you walk into the barn, you will enter the living room/bedroom area. This contains a super comfortable bed (standard UK double) a designer sofa, a breakfast bar, a smart TV (internet use only), a pellet stove, hanging space and clothe storage and air conditioning.

Then on the left, up a couple of stairs you will enter the kitchen area where there is also a bathroom to the right.

The kitchenette contains a fridge/freezer, a hob space, a microwave (combination - with oven setting) a coffee machine and a washing machine.

The bathroom contains a shower, a toilet and a sink.

To the left of the property is your own private garden which has ample parking for your vehicle.

There is a patio area for you to enjoy al fresco dining and to take in the beautiful views whilst making the most of the gorgeous Italian weather.

Setting

Nestled within an Umbrian mountain, the property provides the best of both worlds. The quiet surroundings of the countryside and yet only a 7 minute drive to the nearest town Tavernelle. Enjoy the dolce vita life with the surrounding nature and animals.
