The house has 5 bedrooms with 1.35cm beds, 1 bedroom with 1.35cm twin beds, and 1 bedroom with a 90cm bed, 3 bathrooms (one en-suite), and a spacious kitchen with a living-dining room.
It overlooks the sea and the beaches of Baldaio and Pedra do Sal, both of which connect to Razo beach via the sandy area. It is a 5-meter drive from Baldaio beach and 7 meters from Razo beach. 20 meters from A Coruña and 45 meters from Santiago. Very close to seaports, 8 meters from the town of Carballo. As its name suggests (BOAS VISTAS) these are spectacular, overlooking the sea and a large plain, all surrounded by greenery. Relaxation is guaranteed. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has plenty of parking, a porch and a large property. There is a washing machine and dishwasher, sheets and towels, cutlery et. everything. It has been recently restored.
