Welcome to Maranzana, a charming village in the province of Asti known as the Paese dei Babaci (Village of the Puppets)! Our home is perfect for a relaxing getaway among the rolling hills of Monferrato, ideal for couples seeking peace and authenticity.

The accommodation is a detached house (with adjoining walls to the owners’ house, but with a completely separate entrance), designed to host two people. It features a double bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area decorated in a modern style.

Outdoor spaces to enjoy: the highlight of the house is the private garden, perfect for sunbathing, enjoying a barbecue, dining al fresco, or playing a game of ping pong. You’ll also find comfortable lounge chairs in the relaxation area and an outdoor dining table.

Setting

To reach my house in Maranzana, enter the address Via Giacomo Bove 11, 14040 Maranzana (AT) into your GPS. The street is quiet and the village is very small, so it’s easy to find your way around.

Once you reach the end of Via Giacomo Bove, you’ll find a public parking area about 50 meters from the house, which is very convenient for leaving your car. From there, you can walk just a few steps to the entrance.
