The accommodation
Typical Mallorcan house with private pool in the rural environment of Son Carrió (Sant Llorenç des Cardassar). It is only a few minutes drive from the beach and it has capacity or 8 or 9 guests.Enjoy the peace of the countryside in this great house located within a bucolic spot which is ideal for those who wish to be far removed from the bustle of daily life. The wonderful chlorine pool sizes 11 x 6 metres and its depth goes from 1 to 1.90 metres. You can sunbathe on one of the sunbed around the pool, listening to the birds sing and the country sounds. By the house, a great terrace under a thatched roof stands out. You will be able to to admire the marvellous surroundings from there, while reveling in a bubbly champagne glass. Another thatched roof looking to the the pool area will allow you go on basking the amazing landscape. There is also a barbecue to cook delicious grilled meats and vegetables and a shower bathroom outside the house. The property is fenced and privacy is total.
The house boasts 360 m2 and two floors. Meanwhile the outside is characterised by traditional elements like the stoned walls and wood, the same style can be perceived inside: wooden beams, the traditional arch of the Mallorcan architecture and traditional decorative elements are a character-building style combined, at the same time, with all comforts to have a great vacation where you won't miss anything. There is a great formal dining room where you enter with capacity for 10 people. At one side of the dining room, we find the living room with armchairs and sofa to comfortably watch satellite TV. At the other side you will find the fabulous kitchen which is fully equipped with gas top and oven, microwave, dishwasher,... and a great table for 10 people where you can cook, have lunch or dinner in a more informal way.
The house is provided with four bedrooms to rest after a day full of activities. The first bedroom comes with a double bed, a closet and a fan and it is on the ground floor. The other three bedroom are upstairs and they feature a double bed, fan and closet each, as well as an e-suite bathroom with a bathtub or a shower. Our extra guest can sleep in a folding bed, and if you are travelling with a baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair on request.
There is underfloor heating for the whole accommodation except for the outdoors bathroom.
The house is located in Son Carrió, a little village belonging to Sant Llorenç des Cardassar. The village boasts all basic services like restaurants, general services, cultural centre and library. It stands out for its gastronomy, specially for its confectionery. A must visit is the Neo-Romanesque church of Sant Miquel. You will fond wonderful beaches some kilometres away from the property: Sa Coma, S’Illot, Cala Millor, Portocristo,.... You can visit Fishhook Caves, make boat excursions in the Eastern coast,... No doubt, the best place to spend an unforgettable vacation.
The piano is just a decorative element. Please, do not touch or play it.
The fireplace and the wood stove cannot be used.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
