Surrounded by the mountains, up to 8 guests will discover the beauty and comfort of this house with private pool that will transform your vacation into a memorable experience in Pollensa.This beautiful rustic finca offers a dreamlike exterior area. Located in a little hill, it features about 35000 m2 with lots of trees and pure nature. It even offers a little garden with fruit trees so that you can grab the fruits if it's the proper season. Meanwhile, you will be delighted with the wonderful barbecue alfresco or enjoy a glass of wine under the thatched pergola by the private pool, surrounded by natural stone. It sizes 10 x 5 metres and the water depth ranges from 1.40 to 1.90 metres. This is a chlorine pool with several sun loungers around to bask in the sun, take a dip and admire the beautiful views. The property is fenced and it has total privacy.
This superb house comprising 2 floors, offers two living rooms with a fireplace, comfortable sofas and armchairs where you can relax and watch the satellite TV channels and favourite DVD films or simply take a nap. One of the rooms is specially beautiful since it features Mallorcan stoned walls and wooden beams at the ceiling giving to the space a warm and cosy touch. Whereas, on the other hand, the other room leads to the dining area. The kitchen is independent and it's fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven and kitchen utensils in order to cook delicious dishes. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board also are available, of course. Two bathrooms with a shower each complete the storey. On the first floor, you will find 4 bedrooms with a wardrobe each. Three of them have a double bed while the last one offers two twin beds. One of the bedrooms with a double bed also counts with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.And, in addition, there is another bathroom with shower and a last bathroom with bathtub that completes this upper floor. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. The house also is equipped with oil central heating.
This beautiful house is located on the outskirts of Pollensa, within the limits of the Tramuntana mountain range. The rural and quiet environment offers a great opportunity to practice hiking and biking to those who love adventure and nature. You also have the golf course of Pollensa 1.5 km away, in case you prefer this sport. The centre of the town is only 3.8 km away and it represents one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca with lots of shops of local and artisan products, as well as the street markets that take place on Monday in Pollensa and on Wednesday in Port de Pollensa. In relation to the beaches, in about 15 minutes drive you reach Cala Carbó as well as the beaches of Puerto de Pollensa and Cala Sant Vicenç.
