Rustic house with private pool and garden in rural surroundings welcomes 6 guests in CapdeperaOutside this beautiful country house you can enjoy the good weather of the island in the different corners it offers. For starters, you can cool off in the beautiful private pool that is chlorinated and measures 11.5 x 5 meters, while the depth ranges from 1.05 to 1.7 meters. The sun loungers are perfect for enjoying the sun and there is also an outside shower to cool off quickly. The porch next to the house and the back terrace are perfect for those delicious family barbecues or to have a drink at dusk on the exterior sofa and armchairs. The privacy in the property is total.

The rustic and cosy style prevails in the interior of the 2-storey house. In the dining room we can rest on the sofas while watching TV with satellite channels and eat at the dining table. The kitchen is next, equipped with a gas stove and another table for 6 diners. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs we will find the other two bedrooms with access to a terrace -one with a double bed and the other with twin beds- and another bathroom with a shower. In the separate laundry room you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. Also, we can provide a cot and high chair in case you are travelling with your baby.

The property, although in Capdepera, is closest to the municipality of Artà, where you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay. Even so, a visit to the old town of Capdepera and its fortified village is mandatory. The area is full of beautiful coves and beaches where you can spend the day, such as that of sa Font de sa Cala, just 11.2 km away. And if you like golf, enjoy your favourite sport on the Capdepera Golf course, just 3.6 km away.
