On the outskirts of the cozy town of Sencelles we find this beautiful villa with a private pool that can accommodate 8 people.The best plan after a day of excursions around the island will be to dive into the spectacular private chlorine pool measuring 11 x 4 metres and with a depth of 1.10 to 1.90 metres. The house offers different outdoor spaces where you can enjoy the good weather, sunbathe, enjoy a delicious barbecue or even play ping-pong! The property also offers total privacy.

The interior of the 2-storey house is decorated with great simplicity and delicacy and offers all the comforts for your stay. On the ground floor there is a large living-dining room-kitchen with fireplace, air conditioning, Smart TV and ceramic hob. On this floor there are 2 more living rooms, two bathrooms -one with shower and the other with bathtub- and 4 bedrooms with air conditioning: two have twin beds -one with en suite bathroom-, one has a double bed and en suite bathroom and the last one on this floor has a single bed; on the first floor we have the fifth bedroom with twin beds and access to a terrace with spectacular views. The property has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

Sencelles is a cosy village located in the interior of the island, with a very central location. In this charming place, you will find all the necessary services, such as several bars, restaurants, supermarkets and more. However, if you are looking for a wider variety of services, we recommend you to go to Inca, a small town famous for its traditional Thursday morning market, which we invite you to visit. If you are looking to enjoy the beach, the nearest beach is Cas Capellans, in Can Picafort, which is less than 30 km away. This beach stands out for its crystal clear waters and fine sand, providing a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
